Publishing Party!

Families! Please join us tomorrow from 2:40- 2:55 for a celebration of our hard work telling true narratives! We will be showing off our skills in room 909 and hope you can join us!

Homework tonight- our class chose to talk today through the science lesson and as a result they are required to complete page 5 pictured above. They are not required to complete the whole packet. If they only have one paper it is because they have lost their packet.

We have a math test tomorrow, I strongly suggest they complete their math as a review.

Thank you for your support!
We went to the school library today! Please take care of your books! We will return books in two weeks, November 15th.

Thank you!
Ms. B

  • The students who run the most laps in each grade will win a prize
Thank you as always for all your support!

Room 909 is looking for a Class Parent!

Hi Families!

Room 909 is looking for a room parent.  This person will help with school fundraisers, decorating the classroom, facilitate communication between parents and the teacher, school administration, and/or parent-teacher organization (PTO), and support our class in needs that may arise. This might include:
  • Meet with Ms. B to discuss the role of the room parent.
  • Act as a resource by answering questions for parents new to the school or class.
  • Find volunteers to help in the classroom, if needed.
  • Help organize class parties and enrichment opportunities. This may include planning, shopping for, and hosting the event.
  • Call or email parents to obtain donations of supplies for the classroom and/or events (i.e., boxes of tissues the classroom or fruit for Turkey Trot).
  • Help with creating the snack calendar.
Please email me and let me know if you are interested!

Warmly,
Ms. B
